My Jumping Roommate (the "Game") is provided by its developers (the "Developer"). By playing the Game on the web, on Android, iOS or Steam, you agree to these terms. If you got the Game from a store, that store's terms also apply.
You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may stream and record gameplay, including for monetized videos. You may not sell, resell, decompile or extract the Game's assets (characters, models, music) for use outside the Game: many of them are licensed to the Developer by third parties under conditions that do not allow redistribution.
Coins, skins, backgrounds, items and the premium pass are virtual content with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are final except where the store you bought from, or applicable law, provides a right of withdrawal or refund. Web purchases are handled by our merchant of record, whose refund policy applies.
Purchases are tied to the platform account or device where they were made. On stores that support it, "Restore purchases" brings them back on a new device; the web version keeps progress in the browser's local storage, so clearing it loses progress.
Do not modify the Game, its save data or network communication to obtain virtual content you did not earn or buy. The Developer may remove such content.
The Game contains stylized anime characters in sportswear, swimwear and costumes. It is intended for players aged 13 and over.
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game and its content in the last 12 months.
The Developer may update the Game, change prices for future purchases, and update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this site. The Developer may suspend access for users who break these terms.
